From an over-night sensation in the world of Stand-Up Comedy-despite major controversy for ‘joke stealing,’ and a short stint in the world of starring Hollywood Movie rolls, not to mention his HBO featured ‘Tourgasm,’-to Broadway for everyone’s favorite love to hate, hate to love comedian.
Along with Robin Williams, Cook will take Broadway for a run of Neil LaBute’s “Fat Pig.”  Currently on a small Midwest tour, returning to his stand-up routes, D.C., will end up on a run for the “Tony Award,” this spring.
So get ready all you, Dane Cook, Playbill Collecting, Controversy Loving, Bostonians; I’ll see you at intermission.

Even when Tina Fey was given the reigns as the first female Head Writer at "Saturday Night Live," (and first legitimate "SNLILF") on the shows Weekend Update) there have been no signs of her ambitious well of humour drying up. Now on her 5th season of the multiple Emmy and Golden Globe winning "30 Rock," and a Hollywood "A Lister" on the rise.
Tonight she will be embedded the 13th, and youngest, (and SNLIFIST) recipient The Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. Joining an elite group of the Dr.'s who as they say prescribe the best medicine; Richard Pryor, Lorne Micheals, George Carlin, and last year Bill Cosby, as long as a complete list of, "not to mention" laughter alchemists.
